Responsibilities

• Raise the overall test quality and maturity of the system by driving and managing end-to-end software product testing.

• Define, refine, and standardize QA frameworks, including testing processes, practices, and tools that enable continuous testing.

• Prepare and review UAT plans for projects to align with business and technical requirements.

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate UAT sessions, while also leading SIT and UAT testing to ensure smooth user acceptance.

• Provide detailed SIT and UAT defect reports, track progress, and monitor issue resolution.

• Develop modular, reusable, and maintainable test scripts for efficiency and long-term sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum 3 years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in automation or manual testing.

• Proven experience in QA testing within Agile/Scrum environments.

• Hands-on experience with QA automation tools and frameworks.

• Experience with no-code/low-code testing platforms (advantage).

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project needs.
