Duties & responsibilities:

• Work closely with other departments in resolving daily quality issues on both in-house production lines as well as customers’ feedback.

• Perform process/system assessment audit to highlight process/system deficiency & identify area for improvement.

• Working closely with relevant department in root cause analysis for CAR/8D reply on non-conformance.

• Verify the implementation of corrective and preventive actions arising from both internal and external audits.

• Work closely with suppliers/vendors/sub-contractors in resolving quality issues to ensure all deliveries meet quality standards.

• Review, revise and update ISO procedures and documents to improve Quality Management System.

• Plan, initiate and coordinate quality improvement programs with other departments to improve system, product and yield.

• Provide technical advice, quality interpretation and work direction to QA technicians and inspectors.

• Establish quality plan, quality procedures for QA department.

• Responsible for Document Control Centre to ensure ISO and quality documents and procedures are reviewed and updated.

• Conduct quality related training to staffs.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical/Science or related fields

• Preferably 1-2 years of QA experience in electronics/semiconductor industry

• Advantage to have prior experience in document control, ISO audit and 8D problem solving

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
