Job Summary

You will perform quality inspections on wooden pallets and related products, ensure compliance with safety and export standards, and collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and support warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wooden pallets and related products to verify compliance with company and customer quality standards
• Implement quality control procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Verify pallets meet safety and export requirements, including fumigation and heat treatment standards
• Examine incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods for defects, correct dimensions, and specifications
• Identify and report non-conforming products to the Operations Manager promptly
• Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality issues efficiently
• Coordinate ad hoc tasks related to operations and warehouse activities as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational effectiveness

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• GCE "A" Level or Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates
• Strong communication skills to convey quality issues and coordinate with teams
• Leadership skills to guide and influence team members
• Resourcefulness and ability to work independently to manage tasks effectively
• Good time management and interpersonal skills to collaborate within a team environment
