Job Responsibilities:

- Assist with inventory counting and stock checking.

- Prepare inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.

- Update and maintain stock records and spreadsheets.

- Use Excel functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP for data tracking.

- Support purchasing activities by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.

Job Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 1–3 years of hands-on experience in procurement or a similar role.

• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

• Proficient in Excel, SAP, VLOOKUP, and other related tools.
