• Position Title: Purchasing Assistant/ Purchasing Officer
• Working Location: North East (Transport provided)
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6pm
• Salary Package: Basic + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Track supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, price, support).
• Find and qualify new suppliers to expand the vendor list.
• Buy materials and components using the MRP system; keep stock codes updated.
• Ensure orders arrive on time; follow up on outstanding orders.
• Drive cost-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Create and maintain stock codes in the MRP system.
• Submit a monthly purchasing status report.
• Any other task as assigned by the Superior.

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing.
