Job Title: Purchaser (ID3492)

Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, Sat 8:30am-12:30pm
Salary: $3000-$3500

Job Description:
• Plan and Manage Materials – Schedule and arrange materials and production based on customer orders, while maintaining inventory for local and overseas supplies.
• Source and Negotiate – Find quality suppliers, compare price and delivery, suggest cost-saving strategies, and manage daily purchasing tasks.
• Coordinate with Teams – Work closely with production, logistics, and QA to ensure smooth operations, on-time deliveries, and supplier audits.
• Monitor Supplier Performance – Track delivery timelines, handle defective goods, follow up on improvements, and manage customer complaints related to materials.
• Maintain Compliance and Documentation – Ensure materials meet company standards, keep accurate ISO/FSC records, and prepare required reports.

Requirements:
• Good negotiation skill Resourceful in sourcing
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in doing Purchaser
• Good organization skills Possess pleasant personality
