Psychologist 2
Salary: $4,400 – $5,200/month
Contract: 1 year (Immediate start)
Working Hours: 42 hours/week (Mon–Fri)

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Experience in psychology or behavioural sciences, particularly in applied forensic work, victim support, or related fields, is advantageous.
• Experience in research settings and project management.
• Strong understanding of statistics and proficiency with statistical software.
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with sensitive populations and handle confidential information.
• Understanding of trauma-informed approaches is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the conceptualisation and review of scam assessment programmes, including defining programme scope and parameters.
• Develop entry/exit criteria for scam support programmes and design outcome evaluations.
• Review and develop evaluation data collection tools, including semi-structured interviews, questionnaires, and databases.
• Conduct data transcription, cleaning, and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Prepare technical reports to support internal victim care efforts.
• Contribute to academic reports suitable for potential journal publication.
• Create presentation materials for training, seminars, and conferences.
• Support the implementation of trauma-informed practices, particularly in victim support.
• Conduct training and assessment work for various courses.
