Salary: $4,400 – $5,200/month
Contract: 1 year (Immediate start)
Working Hours: 42 hours/week (Mon–Fri)

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Experience in psychology or behavioural sciences, preferably in applied forensic settings, is advantageous.
• Experience in research and project management is advantageous.
• Understanding of statistics and proficiency with statistical software.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English with strong analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

As a Psychologist in the Crime Psychology Division, you will support the developmentand implementation of a trauma-informed (TI) framework. You will also undertakeprojects and responsibilities related to applied research, behaviouralanalyses, and crisis support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of a trauma-informed framework using psychological and behavioural science knowledge.
• Develop strategies and guidelines for integrating trauma-informed practices across operations, training programmes, and support services.
• Conduct stakeholder consultations and gather insights for TI initiatives.
• Prepare training materials and resources relevant to trauma-informed practices.
• Conduct applied research in crime psychology and related areas.
• Deliver training and assessments for relevant courses.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the unit.
