We are looking for a Proposal Engineer with experience in the end-to-end tender process, including reviewing and summarising enquiries, conducting quantity checks and preparation of preliminary costing.

A day in the life of Proposal Engineer

• Undertake all tasks in accordance with Company’s HSE Policies and Procedures, applicable legislation and regulations.
• Review and summarise enquiries.
• Evaluate basic technical enquiry and site recee.
• Conduct quantity checking and prepare preliminary costing including getting supplier price.
• Draft Offer Letter or bid submission.
• Prepare and compile supporting documents for tender or bid submission.
• Assist to formulate bid strategy, cost calculation and risk
• Execute and ensure HSEQ targets and objectives are met.
• Need to be out of office gathering specific intelligence related to the bids.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Professional Degree in Civil Engineering
• Min 2 years working experience in design/site related works (preferable in Geotechnics)
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power-point), AutoCAD
