JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site.

-Plan, execute and supervise all the facilities' management and operational activities

-Conduct meetings, project co-ordination in residential/Commercial strata development

-Invite quotations, conduct evaluation for all services, provide recommendation reports and organise and coordinate Corrective Program for repairs and maintenance of the common properties

-Administer contracts renewals and issue of contracts

JOB REQUIREMENT

-Candidate with self drive possess Professional Certificate/ Diploma or degree in Estate Management or related disciplines.

-Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings.

-Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills

-Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act
