OST/Oxen is an IT technology company specializing in distributing and maintaining monitoring systems for construction sites, including noise monitoring, ECM CCTV, TSS, vibration monitoring, turnstiles, Skycam, and CCTV systems.
Job Summary
Drive sales growth by managing the full sales cycle for IoT products, delivering technical presentations, preparing tenders, and building strong client relationships in the construction monitoring systems sector.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to transaction closure to achieve individual sales targets
- Expand the customer base and increase market coverage through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting
- Promote and sell the companyβs IoT monitoring products to prospective clients by demonstrating product benefits and solutions
- Respond promptly to sales enquiries and prepare accurate sales quotations to support customer decision-making
- Deliver pre-sales technical assistance and product education to clarify product features and applications
- Assist in developing business strategies and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Prepare and negotiate tender and contract terms to meet client and company requirements effectively
- Provide after-sales support services to ensure customer satisfaction and foster client retention
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects to contribute to overall business growth
- Support marketing initiatives by representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Deliver technical presentations that demonstrate how products address client needs and solve problems
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience including prior experience with tender systems such as Gebiz
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively
- Proactive, self-motivated work attitude with a customer-oriented service mentality
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Immediate availability or ability to start work on short notice
