Responsibilities

• Assist in daily residential estate operations and site inspections

• Handle residents’ enquiries, feedback, and complaints

• Coordinate and supervise contractors and maintenance works

• Support M&E monitoring, defect rectification, and emergencies

• Maintain records, reports, and support MCST meetings

• Ensure compliance with estate by-laws and safety requirements

Requirements

• Diploma in Property, Facilities Management, or related field

• 1–3 years’ experience in residential / MCST environment preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work weekends or attend meetings when required
