Job Description

About the Role

You will support AKC’s business growth efforts by researching prospects, generating leads, and providing support to both existing and prospective clients. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, converting potential clients into paying clients, and helping to ensure a healthy sales pipeline for the company.

As AKC continues to grow, you may also be assigned additional responsibilities based on operational and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing timely support and follow-up
  • Research and recommend new business opportunities, market segments, and service improvements
  • Understand AKC’s training and consultancy offerings and present suitable solutions to potential clients
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and support the development of relevant proposals
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, customer needs, and market developments relevant to AKC’s services
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials by collecting and organising relevant information
  • Support the preparation of quotations, service agreements, and related documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions
  • Uphold service quality by following internal processes and company standards
  • Undertake other tasks as assigned based on project and business needs


Requirements

  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and client engagement
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proactive, flexible, reliable, self-motivated, and organised
  • Able to work independently and contribute effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and take on broader responsibilities when needed
  • Experience in sales support, customer engagement, training, consultancy, or service-based industries is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
