Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Tracking: Support planning, tracking, and reporting of project deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues.

Status Reporting: Prepare and maintain routine status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to provide visibility to internal and external stakeholders.

Documentation Management: Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including agendas, action items, meeting minutes, risk/issue logs, and performance metrics.

Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication with stakeholders by collecting inputs, clarifying updates, and ensuring alignment on project expectations and timelines.

Resource & Timesheet Support: Track resource allocation, timesheet variances, and related administrative tasks as required.

Governance Support: Help maintain PMO governance practices, compliance with standards, and consistency in processes across projects.

Tool Utilization: Use project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PMIS) to support project operations and metrics tracking.
