Responsibilities:

• Review customer inquiries/specifications, or requests for RFQ to understand project requirements.
• Calculate costs by analyzing labor, materials, time, and overhead expenses.
• Prepare detailed and accurate price quotes, proposals, or bids in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quote accuracy and feasibility.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing trends, market conditions, and material costs.
• Communicate with customers to clarify requirements or negotiate terms when necessary.
• Use ERP systems to generate quotes and ensure comply with company policies & profit margins.
• Follow up & maintain accurate records of quotes, revisions, and customer interactions.
• Proven experience in quoting, estimating, or pricing analysis (industry-specific experience a plus).
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for cost calculations and pricing strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, quoting software, or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
