The Opportunity:

• Work Hours: Mon to Fri
• $5,500 - $7,500 Basic + AWS + PB
• Global Real Estate Group with Multiple Shopping Malls 

The Job:

• Serve as the key liaison between internal project managers, vendors, consultants, and contractors, ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication, and alignment across all project stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities, including tender preparation, vendor evaluation, negotiations, and contract approvals to support project execution.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, overseeing cost control, change orders, expenditure tracking, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Drive project execution by coordinating architects, consultants, and contractors, monitoring milestones and deliverables, facilitating project meetings, and liaising with relevant authorities to secure approvals and ensure regulatory compliance.

The Talent:

• Degree in Architecture/Real Estate/Construction or relevant field 
• 5 years working experience with architecture planning, feasibility studies, authority approval for shopping malls
