Our client is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage project team

· Execute projects according to Schedule and Tender Specifications within Contract Budget

· Plan and update master programme

· Preparation of Progress Reports

· Troubleshoot and recover from unexpected delays

· Resolve on-site Contractual Issues

· Coordinate works between Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Suppliers

Requirements

· Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

· Min 10 years of working experience in construction industry

· Experienced in HDB / Condo / Commercial projects

· Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
