Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and ensuring the completion of projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Must have 8 years of experience in technical project management, focusing on applications, infrastructure, and compliance;
- Good understanding of modern application development lifecycle concepts and adoption;
- Ability to work with cross-functional, multi-disciplined team to formulate, institute and monitor policies, procedures and standards;
- Expertise in contract negotiation and vendor management;
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities;
- Demonstrated ability in decision-making and problem-solving;
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently;
- Strong analytical skills and effective resource management;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational level.
Desired Skill-set
- Agile certifications (Product Owner or Scrum Master);
- Experience implementing Enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their goals and offering solutions;
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are aligned between business stakeholders and the delivery team;
- Collaborate with teams to continuously improve user experience and customer satisfaction;
- Become a subject matter expert and create service solution proposals, covering functional, technical, and user experience aspects, and gain agreement from internal teams;
- Manage projects and ensure the quality of deliverables, creating improvement plans where necessary;
- Ensure high levels of IT service and support by understanding how operations may impact services and planning to minimize disruptions;
- Monitor IT service quality and performance, suggesting improvements when needed;
- Manage vendor performance by using service level agreements and engaging with business partners;
- Lead or support the evaluation of operational impacts due to regulatory changes affecting business compliance, processes, and awareness;
- Review existing policies and procedures, suggesting improvements to enhance internal processes.
