Job Description
Job Summary:
Lead and oversee the operational delivery and client management of integrated service contracts, ensuring service excellence, financial performance, and long-term account growth. The role combines operational leadership with account ownership, serving as the primary client partner while ensuring disciplined execution on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Ownership & Client Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned integrated service accounts.
- Develop strong client relationships at management level to ensure retention and contract renewal.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), performance reporting, and strategic discussions with clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Manage client expectations, resolve escalations, and ensure service recovery where required.
Operational Leadership & Service Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end operational delivery across multiple service lines (e.g., cleaning, landscape, pest control, M&E soft services).
- Coordinate site teams and supervisors to ensure KPI compliance and SLA adherence.
- Conduct regular site reviews and performance audits.
- Ensure manpower planning, deployment efficiency, and productivity optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational standards.
Financial & Contract Management
- Accountable for contract P&L performance, including cost control and margin optimization.
- Monitor revenue, variation orders (VO), and cost movements.
- Support tender transitions, mobilization planning, and contract start-up activities.
- Review billing accuracy and ensure timely submission of claims and invoices.
- Track contract risks and ensure commercial compliance.
Quality, Compliance & Risk Oversight
- Ensure compliance with QEHS, regulatory, and client requirements.
- Support implementation of ISO standards and internal audit requirements.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead corrective action follow-ups arising from inspections or audits.
- Monitor project execution and resolve any client-related issues.
5. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Operations, HR, Procurement, and Finance to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Support manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and training needs.
- Participate in internal management meetings to align contract performance with company strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the services sector (e.g., cleaning, IFM, engineering, landscaping, pest control).
- Proven experience managing client accounts with P&L responsibility.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows across cleaning, landscaping, pest control, or IFM services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-site operations and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and commercially astute with strong cost control capability.
