about the job

• Lead the lifecycle of A&A and high-specification fit-out projects, ensuring rigorous adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Act as the central point of coordination between elite design consultants, Tier-1 contractors, and internal investment stakeholders.
• Review design proposals, technical submissions, and construction methodologies to ensure alignment with institutional standards and project goals.
• Conduct proactive site supervision and risk assessments to mitigate bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
• Manage procurement, contract administration, and comprehensive reporting to maintain full transparency and accountability.

Requirement

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Electrical , Mechanical Engineering
• Proven track record in project management or consultancy, specifically within high-end commercial or hospitality environments.
• Min 15 years of project management experience will be a big plus
• Deep knowledge of Singapore’s building regulations, A&A processes, and premium interior fit-out standards.
