Job Description :

• Plan, organise & supervision of construction activities including monitoring of project scheduling activities, coordination work with all parties involved (Authorities, Main Contractor, Sub-Contractor and Supplier, etc).
• Work together with Senior project manager/Managing director to develop project schedules, budgets and timelines, to ensure all execution of works are in accordance to the project specifications and on schedule.
• To maintain good relationship with clients/consultant and manage risks to avoid delay or caused company reputational damage
• Project Management including planning, negotiation & purchasing of major equipment, resources competent sub-contractor/supplier for the project
• Overall management, controlling and monitoring of labour, plant and material at site.
• Control and coordination of sub-contractors/suppliers to ensure project requirement are met.
• Liaison with client’s representatives and consultants to complete the project in compliance to contract obligation.
• Resolve any issue or conflicts that may arise before and after the project commencement, able to identify potential issues and develop solution to overcome.
• Provide updates and reports to company management on the project status regularly.
• Managing the work activities and performance of the sub-contractor/supplier, assess supplier’s / sub-contractor’s performance at the end of project.
• Prepare, workout, submit and maintain VO schedule till finalize the final account with client/consultant
• Preparation of submit monthly progress claim, sub-con payment response and request extension of time (EOT) with claim, if any.
• To check and verify the submission of Project Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM), As-Built Drawing etc. to consultants/Employer till obtain Maintenance Certificate / Final Completion Certificate with hand over.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Electrical field is required for this position.
• Advantageous if project experience included HDB (BTO).
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical, Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
