Project Manager /Up to $9,000 @Jurong East

• Lead a project team comprising engineers, supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth execution.

• Oversee contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

• Responsible of project phases, from preparation to site management through to completion.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide updates.

• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, costs, and resources against budgets.

• Manage claims for cost & time variations including submission of variation orders.

• Submission of as-built drawings, operation & maintenance manuals & conduct client training.

• Compliance with legal, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements.

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 8 years of project in ACMV.
