About the Role

The successful candidate will manage the full project cycle, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, compliance, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of building projects, including planning, coordination, and delivery.
• Oversee project schedules, cost control, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and internal project teams.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Review and manage technical submissions, method statements, permits, and project documentation.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to resolve site and project issues promptly.
• Prepare progress reports and chair internal/externals meetings.
• Lead and mentor the site team to meet project milestones.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 5–10 years of Project Management experience with an A1 Main Contractor.
• Strong understanding of building projects, local authority regulations, and construction processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project progress under tight timelines.
• Proficient in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage.
