Job Description
Basic information:
Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday), 8am to 5pm
Salary up to $10,000
Bonus provided
Location: West area
Job Scope:
- Plan, schedule and manage project execution to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and client expectations.
- Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Resolve technical and site issues raised by internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Establish and implement standard architectural, structural, and MEP detailing for projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify critical activities, and expedite works to meet project targets.
- Coordinate and track the timely issuance of design drawings and ensure accuracy of submissions from contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Manage and monitor shop drawing submissions and approvals for various trades.
- Obtain timely approvals for materials from clients and consultants.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, contract specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee submissions and approvals from relevant authorities in accordance with project schedules.
- Ensure effective coordination among structural, architectural, interior design, and M&E disciplines.
- Develop detailed project plans to allocate resources and track project progress.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes using appropriate control methods.
- Conduct risk management to minimize potential project risks.
- Track and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
- Oversee construction site matters, including safety compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Support the QS team during tender processes, including tender analysis and technical evaluation.
- Provide weekly project updates and reports to Management.
- Escalate project issues to Management when necessary.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Additional Information:
- Degree or Master’s in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in project management across public and private residential, government, and commercial building projects.
- Strong technical knowledge in structural, architectural (finishing), and/or M&E works.
