Job Scope:

• Plan, schedule and manage project execution to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and client expectations.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Resolve technical and site issues raised by internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Establish and implement standard architectural, structural, and MEP detailing for projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify critical activities, and expedite works to meet project targets.
• Coordinate and track the timely issuance of design drawings and ensure accuracy of submissions from contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Manage and monitor shop drawing submissions and approvals for various trades.
• Obtain timely approvals for materials from clients and consultants.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, contract specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee submissions and approvals from relevant authorities in accordance with project schedules.
• Ensure effective coordination among structural, architectural, interior design, and M&E disciplines.
• Develop detailed project plans to allocate resources and track project progress.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and cost changes using appropriate control methods.
• Conduct risk management to minimize potential project risks.
• Track and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
• Oversee construction site matters, including safety compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Support the QS team during tender processes, including tender analysis and technical evaluation.
• Provide weekly project updates and reports to Management.
• Escalate project issues to Management when necessary.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Additional Information: 

• Degree or Master’s in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in project management across public and private residential, government, and commercial building projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in structural, architectural (finishing), and/or M&E works.
