We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of managed service projects, including managed endpoints, infrastructure, and cloud services for out clients. you will be responsible for developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage resource allocation, balancing workloads across the team.
• Track project progress, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure successful project milestones.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, keeping costs within allocated limits.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Director and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving project management practices and processes.

Requirements

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within IT or managed services.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in managing projects related to IT infrastructure, cloud services, or endpoint management.
• Experience in working with SMEs and external vendors.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Jira project management software
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, cloud, and endpoint technologies.
• Knowledge of budgeting, resource management, and risk management.
• Ability to track and report on key project metrics and KPIs.
