About the role

Witflux Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in the Central Region. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
2. Coordinating and managing all aspects of construction projects, including team supervision, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
3. Collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
4. Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track
5. Ensuring strict adherence to all relevant safety, legal, and regulatory requirements
6. Preparing and presenting detailed progress reports to project stakeholders
7. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving continuous optimisation

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
2. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
3. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
5. Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
6. Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety protocols
7. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
8. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
9. Experienced with HDB, Town council and Government
