Responsibilities:

• Lead the project team in the delivery of the High Rise Building project.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on schedule
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, and client specifications
• Management of the construction project in order to meet the construction timeline with cost efficiency without compromising quality and safety.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in completed HDB or large projects (from inception to completion) as Project Manager, preferably with an A1 main contractor.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to understand all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to budgeting, and scheduling in order to fully understand project implications
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with client, management and to the team members
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Through knowledge of legal issues and safety standards is essential
• Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
• Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
• Capacity to handle pressure
