Job Description
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services
- Ability to perform a dual role (Project Manager + Functional BA).
- Strong domain knowledge in Retail Banking.
- Hands-on experience in Singapore Cheque Clearing (SGD & USD) and/or CTS Lite.
- Proven experience in industry-level regulatory projects involving MAS.
- Experience in process re-engineering across customer-facing touchpoints.
- Strong change management and governance experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
