Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in managing Enterprise/ SaaS software delivery, risk management and exposure to SOC2, ISMS (ISO 27001), and CMMI compliance frameworks or project audits. The role requires strong delivery management, stakeholder coordination, and process governance capabilities. Experience in the maritime or logistics domain will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned client projects, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
- Establish and maintain project governance, including schedules, risk registers, communication plans, and KPI tracking.
- Lead client communications, project reviews, and delivery status updates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and infrastructure to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues in accordance with the organization’s risk management process.
- Work closely with internal Quality, Security, and Compliance teams during audits and certification activities and ensure project alignment with SOC2, ISMS, and CMMI compliance requirements and maintain related documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure adoption of organizational PMO standards.
- Support the handover process from Presales to Delivery, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- 5–8 years of experience in project management or delivery management, preferably in software or SaaS environments.
- Working knowledge or exposure to SOC2, CMMI Level 3+, and ISMS (ISO 27001) frameworks.
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
- Proven experience in risk, quality, and compliance-driven delivery environments.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in preparing and tracking project plans, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master preferred.
Good to Have:
- Experience in Maritime, Shipping, or Logistics software projects (e.g., PMS, HSE, or Fleet Management systems).
- Understanding of cloud-based SaaS delivery models (Azure / AWS).
- Familiarity with organizational governance audits or client compliance assessments.
