About the Opportunity

A leading organisation in the built environment sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of high-value Data Centre projects. The role focuses on managing construction, M&E coordination, and commissioning activities with strict attention to safety, schedule, and operational uptime

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle from planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage project budget, cost control, cash flow, and resource planning to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
• Oversee all site operations including civil, structural, architectural, MEP, critical infrastructure, and fit-out works.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure technical clarity and smooth execution.
• Review engineering drawings, method statements, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, safety protocols, and data centre operational constraints.
• Track project progress, prepare reports, identify risks, and drive mitigation actions.
• Lead handover, T&C, documentation, and post-completion support.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in Data Centre construction or mission-critical projects.
• understanding of M&E systems, power distribution, cooling systems, CRAC/CRAH, UPS, generators, and related DC infrastructure.
