Project Manager (Digital Projects)

Role Overview

Lead and deliver digital initiatives by managing project implementation, rollout, and adoption strategies. The role involves coordinating stakeholders, managing project timelines, risks, and budgets, and ensuring successful delivery of digital systems aligned with the agency’s digital agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects including planning, implementation, rollout, and adoption.

• Develop business cases, project roadmaps, budgets, and KPIs for digital systems.

• Coordinate stakeholders across technical and business teams to manage scope, timelines, risks, and delivery expectations.

• Oversee procurement and audit of IT systems and ensure projects are delivered within agreed cost, timeline, and quality parameters.

• Identify project risks, manage dependencies, and resolve cross-project issues.

• Assess change requests, propose improvements, and work with support teams during Operations & Maintenance phases.

• Apply Agile methodologies to support efficient project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including managing at least two full project life cycles, with one using Agile methodology.

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills across executive and operational levels.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering application digital solutions involving Cloud, Design Thinking, Data Analytics, or Product-Centric Development.

• Experience in tender bids, evaluations, or presentations.

• Project management certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI.

• Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master.

• Experience implementing projects in AWS, and exposure to Agile Methodologies, Cloud, Internet and Mobile Technologies, Record Management, Data Analytics, or Service Design.
