Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project templates, trackers, schedules, and reporting tools.

• Ensure consistency and standardisation of project management processes.

• Track progress across multiple projects and improvement initiatives.

• Monitor timelines, milestones, risks, and action items.

• Highlight and escalate risks, delays, or issues through appropriate channels.

• Prepare clear and concise weekly and monthly project status reports.
• Support preparation of materials for management reviews and meetings.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to collect updates and maintain accurate project records.
• Support meeting coordination, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minutes.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation such as plans, trackers, and meeting records.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
• Basic understanding of project management principles with strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and structured reporting tools
• Comfortable operating in a fast paced, project driven environment.
• Hands-on experience and possesses relevant technical skills
