Responsibilities:

• Taking design briefs to understand requirements
• Conceptualising and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts
• Conceptualising and creating brand visual style guides for clients across diverse industries
• Designing and producing online and offline collateral in accordance with brand guidelines
• Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design

Client Servicing & Account Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
- Understand clients’ business objectives and translate them into clear marketing requirements
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables

Internal Coordination & Control
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and consistency
- Ensure brand, messaging, and execution align with client guideline
- Support internal process improvements and documentation

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Arts/Design/Media Studies or related fields
• A flair for creativity and have a keen eye for aesthetics in a fast-paced environment
• Learn fast and work independently
• Take pride & responsibilities in own design works; achieving the best through reworking & experimenting!
• Excellent communication skills and can clearly communicate your ideas, designs and suggestions.
• Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
• Possess good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom and Dreamweaver.
• Having experience in motion graphics and video editing is a bonus!
