Job Description
- Plan, execute and oversee projects from initiation to completion
- Manage site operations, contractor coordination and project timelines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client specifications
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet delivery and quality benchmarks
- Resolve technical and operational issues on-site
- Prepare project reports, progress updates and KPI tracking
- Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities for approvals
- Drive revenue growth by achieving assigned sales targets
- Identify upselling opportunities within ongoing projects
- Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business
- Report sales performance and project profitability to senior management
