Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the planning team to ensure consistent use of planning tools, processes, and methodologies.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to align project timelines and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Establish project baselines, monitor progress, and identify schedule deviations or risks.
• Integrate key project phases including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover into a unified master schedule.
• Conduct critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and scenario planning to support project decision-making.
• Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and dashboards for project stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate planning workshops and coordination meetings to ensure alignment across project teams.
• Identify potential project delays and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with project governance standards and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimally 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, including tender, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning stages.
• Proven experience managing project schedules and planning teams for large-scale Life Sciences (BLS) or Semiconductor (ATF) projects.
• Proficient in planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
