Job Description

We are seeking a Project Executive to join our office based in Singapore. As a Project Executive, your job duties are to evaluate staff, assess project progress against timelines and budget considerations, prepare regular reports for senior management to inform staffing decisions and project priorities, and check in with clients regarding project specifications and their expectations.

Job Details:

- Assist your Supervisor in running day to day operations

-Source and pre-screen suitable candidate to fulfill client's requirement

-In charge of driving business development efforts and securing new clients to expand the company’s portfolio

- Assist in operation and administrative support of our client's foreign workforce

- Provide HR on-boarding support to our clients

- Conduct hiring interviews to fill critical vacancies

- Working closely with our client to provide administrative support to it's foreign workforce administrative matters (eg. work pass renewals, cancellation and etc.)

- Responsible to provide housing management support to our clients (eg. liaising with housing agent to source for suitable housing units, conducting housing inspection, housing inventory matters and other housing related matters)

- Other work and tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Requirement:

• A hardworking and highly self-motivated individual with good learning spirit
• Able to do outbound job duties, willing to travel around Singapore
• Meticulous & detail-oriented
• Enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin skills (to effectively communicate with Chinese stakeholders)
• Sales-driven and results-oriented, with the initiative to identify and pursue new business opportunities
