Responsibilities:

• Provide project management services to our client’s sites
• To conduct daily checks on project works to ensure that they are operating in a satisfactory condition at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationship with stakeholders
• To manage the term contractors and to ensure the projects are being delivered to site according to given timeline
• To assist in daily project work, attend to any feedback on site and report if there is any issues
• Responsible for the coordination of meetings and do power point presentation to the client
• To obtain quotations and raising of invoices to client as and when needed.
• To ensure the vendor has submitted their RA, SWP, safety related reports
• Any other duties assigned by the Building Manager.

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Project Management or equivalent with minimum 3 years relevant experience or its equivalent;
• Self-motivated with good written and communication skills and computer literate.
• The PE shall have general competency in the use of Outlook emails and the following application software; MS office, especially MS Outlook express, Microsoft Excel (intermediate level), MS Word and MS Power point.
• Meticulous and a good team player and ability to manage a team of technicians.
