What does the role involve?

We are looking for a high caliber Project Execution Manager (PEM) with strong business acumen to unleash your high potential and leadership. Our people come from different backgrounds with a shared dedication to high performance and consistent results. Project Execution Manager is highly impactful to our business, especially in driving the highly complex project execution success.

The Project Execution Manager is the lead in project execution who interfaces with a large number of internal and external stakeholders and partners. You will plan, manage, coordinate and own all required project execution tasks from Engineering, Bid & Proposal, Contracting and Fulfillment for large projects and ensure successful execution with high customer satisfaction level.

The Project Execution Manager is thinking in scenarios, reaching out to subject matter experts to create options and to have alternative plans at hand by thinking out of the box and taking calculated risks. Understanding customers’ needs and transforming it during the project execution will be crucial at all times.

As Project Execution Manager, you will proactively engage in building network with key players within Hilti/Oglaend organizations and in oil & gas industry and other related associations. It is a perfect career booster for those that pursue project management career.

What you need is:
- You are attracted to our company culture, which is very down-to-earth with a strong balance between performance drive and people orientation   - Degree in business/engineering or other related disciplines
- Preference of at least 5 years of project execution experience with proven success record (experience in oil & gas industry is an added plus)        - Highly motivated and adaptable with a “can-do” attitude
- Strong winning resilient mindset and anticipates potential risks and challenges and identifies ways to mitigate - Someone with high ambition and potential to excel and develop their long term career at Hilti - Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to present, build and strengthen relationships with customer across different levels in their organizations - Ability to manage multiple topics with different stakeholders, building and maintaining and implementing territorial strategic plan. - A driving license is essential based on the nature of the position
