Job Scope:

·       Semiconductor Tools Hook-up / unhook coordination and management.

·       Mechanical, Gas and or Electrical background will be a plus point.

·       Understanding of Mechanical system design in the Semiconductor industry is preferred.

·       Bill of material preparation for projects assigned.

·       Able to interpret Tool schematic drawing (Tool’s utilities matrix requirements).

·      Responsible for ensuring that assigned project meets customer’s specs, strictly follow procedures and schedules.

·      Provide technical interface with sub-contractor, to ensure that sub-contractor work force is trained to perform all procedures and follow safety protocols on all the assigned projects.

·       On site supervision to work closely with contractors to execute tools services hook-up and or unhook up activities, ensure safety regulation is strictly followed and monitor work quality performance.

·       Communicate and coordinate effectively with all the relevant internal & external team members including contractors and customers to ensure efficient completion of projects.

·       Review work procedures frequently and highlight activities which may cause interruptions on the project’s milestones.

·       Other duties assigned by supervisor as and when needed.

Requirements

·       Degree/ Diploma/ Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Gas/Electrical engineering or equivalent.

·       Related working experience in the Semiconductor/Engineering industry or familiar with the electrical/mechanical system in the Semiconductor Fab facilities system.

·       Good communication skills. Both oral and written in English & oral in Mandarin (in order to liaise with the English and Mandarin speaking associates)

·       Resulted oriented, independent and self-motivated.

·       Able to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment.

·       Overseas assignment opportunity.
