Job Requirements:

· Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering

· Minimum 2 years in plumbing and sanitary experience in local construction industry

· Autocad skills, Microsoft Project & basic computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel)

· Pleasant personality, independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work as a team

· Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

· To assist the Project Director/Manager in plumbing and sanitary planning and supervision works;

· To assist the Project Director/Manager to liaise with clients and consultants on projects;

· To assist the Project Director/Manager to resolve any site issues;

· To ensure the project is delivered on time to meet the client's requirements;

· To co-ordinate sub-contract works if needed;

· To prepare, submit and monitor progress claims and certificates;

· To assist in cost engineering for tender.
