Job Description
Job Responsibilities
• Lead and manage project teams throughout the entire project
lifecycle.
• Prepare project quotations and interpret technical specifications,
design intents, and schematics related to ELV systems.
• Plan and schedule material procurement and deliveries to meet
project timelines.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to deadlines.
• Provide post-installation support and resolve issues with installed
equipment.
• Deliver technical presentations to effectively communicate
solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant codes, industry
standards, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations, and
client requirements.
• Manage smooth handover of completed projects to clients.
• Support sales efforts and contribute to achieving company growth
targets.
• Coordinate daily operations, manage risks, liaise with stakeholders,
and supervise internal/external teams including subcontractors.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to clients, internal
departments, and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronic
• Good knowledge of OHS and ISO standards, with relevant
certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in managing medium to
large-scale infrastructure or system integration projects.
• Specialized knowledge in high-tech environments (e.g.,
semiconductor fabs) is highly advantageous, especially in:
o Access Control, IP-based CCTV, Intercom, Fire Alarm & Protection
System
o Public Address Systems, Structured Cabling, Data/Voice Networks
o Environmental Monitoring Systems
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and capable of innovative problem-
solving.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government procurement and
governance processes is a plus.
• PMP certification is desirable.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise
effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Willingness to travel overseas if required.
• Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
