Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of project activities at site.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFIs) and technical submissions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for project updates.
• Support the installation team by preparing working drawings for site installation.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings and as-built drawings to clients and follow up on approvals.
• Liaise with Qualified Person (QP) and clients regarding ST/BCA submissions and approvals.
• Attend design meetings and coordination discussions with engineers, project managers, clients, and consultants.
• Review consultant design drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of project records for future reference.
• Ensure all site works are carried out in compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in the construction industry in a similar role will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• BCSS safety certificate is a minimum requirement; other local safety certifications will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of environmental and safety regulations.
• Good knowledge of engineering and construction principles.
• Knowledge of Hostile Vehicle Mitigation systems and BIM software will be an added advantage.
