Responsibilities:

• Track project progress, costs, claims, and billings
• Prepare reports, documentation, and inventory records
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and project resources
• Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Support procurement of project materials and inventory tracking
• Assist with month-end reporting and project cost recognition
• Support ISO documentation and audit processes

Requirements:

• Experience in project coordination or project administration
• Exposure to cost tracking, billing, or claims
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Experience in AV / IT / Engineering projects
• Inventory or warehouse coordination exposure
• Familiarity with ISO standards
