We have an exciting opportunity with the following description.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Project Manager in site work coordination and onsite work execution.
• Manage end to end delivery of project through defined project scope, detailed project plan & seek stakeholder’s agreement for sign-off.
• Handle clients’ enquiries and submit the customer feedback form to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with the operation team on manpower and equipment planning.
• Build technical expertise in at least one of the core 3D modelling technical skills (data collection technique, data processing, software SME, etc.)
• To assist the Project Manager to conduct kick-off, pre-project/project meetings to ensure team members is clear on the objectives, deliverable, Quality, Lead-time, and Safety requirements and complexities; that carried out the detailed projection execution and contingency plan if any.
• Collaborate with commercial teams for sales & marketing needs.
• Explore and evaluate new software and 3D scanning technique.
• Conduct site visits to capture real-world spaces using a variety of technologies, including 3D laser scanners, photogrammetry, and other reality capture tools.
• Process captured data to create accurate 3D models of real-world spaces.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with reality capture equipment and software.
• Maintain accurate records of captured data and project progress.
• Stay up to date with the latest reality capture techniques and technologies.
• Performs other duties as directed.

Requirements

• Able to handle documents with patience and carefulness.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• A good team player.
• Class 3 driver license will be an advantage.
