• Assist Project Manager in planning, coordination, and supervision of marine & coastal works (reclamation, dredging, breakwater, seawall, jetty, piling).
• Oversee site activities, ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on technical & engineering matters.
• Prepare method statements, progress reports, and documentation.
• Monitor work progress, troubleshoot site issues, and support execution.
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, with experience in marine / heavy civil works preferred.
