Job Summary

You will execute project design tasks using Solidworks or Autocad, support daily operations alongside project and production managers, and ensure compliance with design, product quality, and production processes to meet customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and complete project design work using Solidworks or Autocad to support manufacturing and engineering objectives
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Assistant Production Manager to coordinate and streamline daily operational activities
• Ensure design compliance and uphold product quality standards throughout the production process to achieve customer satisfaction
• Lead production teams effectively in the absence of managers to maintain workflow continuity
• Apply knowledge of ISO and Bizsafe standards to maintain regulatory and safety compliance within operations
• Foster strong teamwork and interpersonal communication to enhance collaboration across departments

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; Degree in Mechanical Engineering is an advantage
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing sectors
