About Us
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive project executive mainly to support, coordinate and facilitate on company's project tender.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements

• Review tender specifications, drawings, and requirements

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for pricing, technical details, and documentation

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of tender records

• Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions

• Support contract administration and follow-up on tender outcomes

• Provide general administrative and business support to the team

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in tendering, procurement, or administrative support (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in construction, building materials, or sanitary ware industry is an advantage

• Familiarity with government or private sector tender processes
