• Position Title: Project Coordinator (Building & Civil)
• Working Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm; Saturday, 9.00am – 1.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Medical & Dental Coverage + PB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, supervise, and deliver day-to-day site execution.
• Attend site meetings, coordinate contractual and technical matters with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Plan and monitor daily site activities and resources, report progress and highlight risks or issues to management.
• Supervise and deploy site teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Arrange tools, materials, and site facilities to meet project milestones.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure workplace health and safety compliance.

• Diploma/Nitec in Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in building/civil projects preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Strong written and spoken English to prepare reports and coordinate with English-speaking stakeholders.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project (or equivalent).
