Responsibilities:

• Review and understand project drawings specifications and design requirements ensuring adherence to codes and standards

• Review material and shop drawing submissions from subcontractors to ensure compliance with approved specifications

• Track and review all architectural submissions including materials shop drawings method statements and mock-ups to meet deadlines

• Attend weekly and monthly progress meetings with consultants and clients to report project updates

• Review contract drawings and identify discrepancies and requests for information

• Liaise with consultants and arrange working sessions to resolve design conflicts

• Conduct site inspections to resolve issues related to discrepancies and site conditions

• Review material samples selected by Architectural Engineers for compliance with project requirements

• Coordinate with consultants, clients and Document Controller on submissions approvals and RFI statuses

• Check and verify accuracy of shop drawings for all trades involved

• Responsible for structural and architectural design coordination

• Ensure communication and integration across all trades for architectural matters

• Identify architectural risks and propose effective solutions

• Ensure all architectural works adhere to the project-specific quality plan

• Arrange and submit documentation to regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals

• Other ad hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of architectural working experience. Preference will be given to candidate with LTA experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant architectural field.

• Strong understanding of architectural drawings specifications and regulatory standards

• Proficient in AutoCAD Revit and other architectural design and coordination software

• Good understanding of construction processes and multidisciplinary coordination

• Must be able to work under pressure.
