At QXY, we are expanding — and we’re looking for a capable and driven Architectural Coordinator to grow with us.

Your Role

As a key member of our project team, you will:

• Review, coordinate, and produce architectural drawings including shop drawings

• Ensure all architectural works comply with project specifications and approved plans

• Supervise and inspect subcontractors’ works to ensure quality and workmanship standards

• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and other trades to resolve design and technical issues

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards (e.g. BCA CONQUAS, Quality Mark)

• Prepare and manage submissions, material approvals, reports, and site documentation

• Monitor architectural work schedules, material procurement, and site progress

• Attend project and site meetings, providing updates on coordination and progress matters

You will play a critical role in maintaining architectural quality, coordination efficiency, and project delivery standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, or related field

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in architectural coordination (A&A / New Build projects)
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methodologies
• Familiar with local building regulations, BCA CONQUAS & Quality Mark standards
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or relevant design software
• Strong coordination, analytical, and organisational skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with consultants and subcontractors
• Responsible, proactive, and quality-driven mindset
